- Minimal data sharing — Only purchase data and TTS requests (premium)

Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to us:

When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes the transaction:

AWS Polly (Text-to-Speech, Premium Only)
When you use the audio playback feature:

Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or have access to:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Contacts
- Photos or media
- Browsing history
- Advertising identifiers
Data Security
- Local encryption: TTS credentials are stored in your device's secure keychain
- Transit encryption: All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- No server storage: We do not operate servers that store your personal data
Children's Privacy
Here Now is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your Rights
Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:
- Access: View your data in app settings
- Delete: Uninstall the app to remove all local data
- Export: Favorites can be shared via the share feature
